I have stayed in this hotel so many times and must say that every time found its degrading its status due to some bad quality staffs. Finally I decided to stop booking here and shifted to other option like Fern or Grand hotel.

I have stayed in Executive lanal room for 1 night. I found the room was not at all maintained & very dusty. Washroom was also an area which needs attention to upkeep. Very ordinary room with noisy environment as this property is situated beside the main road. Quality of food is very good sufficient quantity. Breakfast was not buffet & you need to opt for from a very limited options. Better don't book your plan with breakfast. There's no tea/coffee maker present in the room. I have requested to serve my tea early & I will not take my tea with breakfast. They made it very clear that I have to pay for anything I order. Improvement in attitude is a must to maintain a good relationship with customer. Totally unsatisfied & it would be my last option to stay in Asansol.

The hotel is on main road. the rooms are average as per tariff plan. the bathrooms are not clean, no hand towel given, other towel provided was poor in quality. they have in house food service. lots of noise of night truck moving on the road which disturbs a lot while in sleep.

I stay nearby to this residential hotel cum restaurant. Lodging is a bit expensive here compared to others nearby due to it's location which is just opposite to Asansol railway siding, also it's a bit outskirt from Asansol main market area. But food here is just awesome, one of the best in Asansol. They also have a well stocked bar which is separate from the family area.

Recently I attended a meeting at the hotel's Sormistha Garden which is a banquet hall with garden in the front mainly meant for marriage and other functions. It is a fairly good place for a district town although maintenance and upkeep would do better with more attention. Toilets need to be given more attention. I also attended a meeting at its conference hall in the main hotel some years back. For a district town, arrangements were modestly good.
